COVID-19 Updates

Lakeland Bank is committed to ensuring the safety of all participants, its employee volunteers, and the staff at Crystal Springs.  Please note the following:
 
  • Masks will be required at Check-In/Registration and when entering the clubhouse to use the facilities.
  • You’ll receive an email the day before the Outing informing you of your course/hole assignment.
  • Golfers will have the choice to have a Crystal Springs team member carry their clubs to their cart, or you can carry your own.
  • When dropping off your golf clubs, Lakeland Bank volunteers will be present to check you in.  No other formal registration process will be required.
  • Our volunteers will be available to assist you at appropriately spaced tables outside of the clubhouse, to answer questions, provide raffle tickets and offer a complementary cigar.  Please contact Mary Franchini at 973-882-1515, X818227 to discuss any additional questions or concerns you have about our outing.

Please note the following changes to our format:
  • In your cart, you will find your Outing gift as well as hand sanitizer and an extra mask.  Scoring will be done via the Crystal Springs scoring app Crystal Caddy (available for iPhone and Android users).  Please be sure to download prior to play.
  • In lieu of a formal sit-down lunch and awards ceremony, we will offer a cocktail reception immediately following play in an outdoor tent.  Beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be served and limited seating will be available.  Winners of contests and the raffle will be posted in the tent.
  • In place of our usual raffles, we are offering a Super Raffle with three great prizes: 60% of the prize pool, 40% of the prize pool, and a beautiful golf bag with a set of Callaway Irons.  A maximum of 250 tickets will be sold at $75 each!  To purchase now, please email [email protected], or call Mary Franchini at 973-882-1515, X818227.  Tickets will be available for purchase at the Outing.  Winners need not be present
  • In place of our live auction, we will be doing a virtual silent auction.  As always, we have an amazing array of prizes.  Check them out. Some of the items will be on display at the Outing, but all bidding will be done via the website.  Winners need not be present.
Lastly, we are asking all participants to sign an Acknowledgement and Agreement certifying they have not traveled to/from any of the quarantined states within 14 days prior to our Outing on 9/22/20.  No one will be permitted to play without a signed acknowledgement.
